1) Lakshmi Vilas Palace

The Lakshmi Vilas Palace was constructed by the Gaekwad family, Its a maratha Family who ruled on Our City Vadodara when it was Baroda state. Major Charles Mant was the architect of the palace. Its construction was completed in 1890. The Palace is of over 500 acres. In 1930's Maharaja Pratapsinh created a golf course for use by his European guests. Now ,There are wedding functions and Party's are happend. 

2) Sayaji Baug Zoo


Sayaji Baug is a garden. And also known as "Kamati Baug". It  was built by Maharaja Sayaji Rao Gaekwad of Baroda. Sayaji Baug is the biggest garden in Western India and it's area surrounding more than 100 acres. It has one of the biggest floral clock in World and in Our INDIA. Its a zoo too. and there are many animals too see but there are More we can see is the crocodiles and the reason is there are many crocodiles in vadodara. And In Asia most crocodiles are found in vadodra city of gujarat of country INDIA. In weekends many people comes with there family. And in Morning people also come for walk. 

 

3) Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park


    Champaner is a historical city located in the Panchmahal district near Vadodara. It has been included in the elite list of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites across the globe, this Amazing archaeological park set in the heart of the city of Champaner and Almost the Pavagadh hills is one of the most seek after places in Vadodara as well as in Gujarat.

Itself Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park holds historical as well as mythological significance. The Park comprises of umpteen number of splendid architectural wonders consisting of both Hindu & Islamic styles of design. Most interesting thing is the hill of Pavagadh is believed to be chuck of Himalayas which is carried by Hanuman to Lanka in Ramayana. 4)Hathni Mata WaterFall


    Hathni matha Waterfall is placed in Pavagadh. Its incomplete if you visit Pavagadh and not visited to hathni matha. Hathni matha waterfall is also know as a temple. Such a wonderful place where we can go with our family, partner, friends. It take a long distance while going but you can have a long drive fun while traveling. In monsoon season the fall of water is going throughout. Family loves to visit the waterfall because its a amazing attraction for bathe in open natural atmosphere with ther friends. Its a pure water falling down from the hills from a good height. A temple dedicated a local immortal there in the name of Hathni mata. The Name "Hathni"is a female elephant and in and itself this waterfall goes up to the cave that formed a sort of a baby elephant. The Hathni mata temple is placed due to rattling waterfalls. These are regularly fair held here to necessary days by the locals of tribal community.

5)EME Temple 


    EME Temples it is a symbol of the secularity practised in the Indian Army, It’s made up of  aluminium-clad abode, constructed at the intersection of ancient and modern. The temple is also Known as Dakshinamurthy temple and it’s first the house of lord shiva and along with them there is Lord Ganesha. The unique aspect is how the temple supports unbelief by include holy symbols from every religion in its structure. Best time to visit this place is evening in the summer season when the temple gets quite hot due to the aluminium outside.

6)Statue of Unity

    Statue of Unity is made in memorial of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel who is also called The Iron Man of India.It is the Tallest Statue in the World. The statue is the bank of River Narmada on the River Island of Sadhu Bet overlooking the Narmada Dam (Sardar Sarovar Dam) from 3.2 km away.

7) Hazira Maqbara


The tombs of Qutubbuddin Muhammad Khan,the akbar's son and his own son Naurang Khan. Displaying typical Mughal architecture styles with ostentatious arches and octagonal platforms, the real graves are inside an underground chamber while the replicas are in the tomb.and it is in our City. and its entry is free of cost.

8) the Sursagar lake


The Sursagar Lake is the Most Important part of Our Vadodara. Its the Heart of Our Vadodara now it as been renovated properly. At there while watching statue of Lord Shiva you can get inner peace. Not it has became the spot for people to come daily for morning walk and evening walk. Daily Aarthi is use to be done there.

9) Surya Mandir


Surya Mandir is situated in Borsad which is near Anand dedicated primarily to the Sun God. The Surya Mandir or the Sun temple of Borsad is known for the bestow divine grace upon those who visit and relives them from ailments which might cause them unhappiness. good place to visit with family and get inner peace. People use to ask everyone for new place so they can visit the place for having a peaceful atmosphere. Children keep asking their parents to take them out for a vacation of a day. "Sindhrot check dam" Its a beautiful check dam across the river mahi at sidhrot village. The dam was built for water conversation purpose but now a days youngsters and the village people use this place as a picnic spot. There many shops and having a good parking facility. You can get street food over there and enjoy the nature over there. People use to jump in to the flowing water for a bath i.e many has losted there life over there. Sunset look very amazing ffrom any place specially if its the river bed. Many people use to visit for the purpose of pooja(arthi) . Youngsters use to visit the place just for some romantic moment with their partner or with the friends for chilling out their tension. If the water is flowing to fast the villages dont allow you to get in to the water. As they guide you about the dam and make sure that your safe and enjoying the moment.
